- RECOVERY- Hyatt Sewage Upgrades. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The work consists of providing all services necessary to design and install (design-build) a new sewage/septic system. The Hyatt Septic system currently has two lagoons, a chlorinator, contact tank and spray field to treat waste water from the BLM's Hyatt Lake Campground. This project will abandon the lagoons, chlorinating equipment, contact tank and spray field and all equipment no longer needed and replace it with a standard leach field septic system. The existing lagoons will be filled in and seeded over. NAICS Code is 238910. Project site is located at BLM's Hyatt Lake Sewage Treatment Facility located on the Hyatt Prairie Rd., approximately 0.4 miles north of the intersection of Hyatt Prairie Rd. and Hyatt Lake Rd, Ashland, OR 97520. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work is April 15, 2010, and performance time is 90 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: None; Performance Bond: 20%; and Payment Bond: 100%. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.fedconnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is February 19, 2010. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s), will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract.
