Description

TAS::14 1034:: TAS RECOVERY LAME PMIS 154639 Upgrade Existing Flash Flood Hazard Protection System CORRECTION -- 334220 BRAND NAME SPECIFICATION - IAW FAR 6.305, THE JUSTIFICATION IS AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION UPON REQUEST OF THE CONTRACTING OFFICER. This solicitation is to provide, upgrade and install additional equipment as part of the automated system for the flash flood hazard monitoring and warning equipment at the Cottonwood Cove section of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The additional equipment must be compatible with the current Hydrolynx system. All hydrologic data and siren activation/deactivation equipment must be compatible with the existing equipment at the dispatch center, located in Boulder City, NV. This acquisition will be set aside for small business concerns. NAICS is 334220 and the size standard is 750 employees. This will be a negotiated firm fixed price acquisition. Proposals will be evaluated on price and price related factors only. Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring the websites, www.fbo.gov or www.ideasec.nbc.gov for amendments and/or additional information. In order to download the solicitation documents, the Contractor's shall be registered in the CCR and have a valid DUNS number.
