- On or about 5 February 2010, this office will issue a RFQ (Request for Quotation) for the Operation and Maintenance of Government-Owned Aircraft for Northwestern Division, USACE, Omaha, Nebraska. Service contract for O&M (Operation and Maintenance) of Government-Owned Metro 23 (SA227-DC) N903NJ Serial No. DC-903B aircraft, located at Offutt AFB, Omaha, Nebraska. The contractor shall furnish three (3) pilots and two (2) mechanics necessary to operate, maintain, inspect and repair the Government-Owned aircraft and maintain the Government-Furnished hangar facility. The plane is flown approximately 550 to 600 hours each year with typical destinations to Denver, CO; Colorado Springs, CO; Pierre, SD; Bismarck, ND and Glasgow, MT. Estimated Project Costs: NTE $5,500,000 Base plus four (4) option years. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. The contract will be awarded as a Commercial-Item Service Purchase Order. SITE VISIT ON 12 FEB 2010 The Site Visit for the USACE NWD Plane will be from 0930 to 1130 on Friday, February 12, 2010 at Offutt AFB NE.
