- RECOVERY - South Gerber Well. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The work consists of furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials for drilling domestic water well, well development, pump test, water quality sampling and testing, grouting and permanent casing installation as outlined in specification 02520. NAICS Code is 237110. Project site is located in Klamath County, Medford District, Oregon. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work is March 15, 2010, and performance time is 15 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: None; Performance Bond: 20%; and Payment Bond: 100%. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.fedconnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is February 19, 2010. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s), will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract.
