Description
RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Bureau of Land Management, National Operations Center (NOC), intends on utilizing an existing, previously competed, Single Award BPA for GCDB and Land Records Services contract to procure services for Control Document Index (CDI) aperture cards in Arizona. The BPA being utilized is L07PD04989, and was awarded to Premier Data Services through GSA contract number GS-35F-0418K. This opportunity is only available to the current contract holder. This notice is not a solicitation for offers. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be sent to the designated BPA contract holder. This acquisition falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 518210 and Product Service Code D315. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing by email to Chad Hepp, Contracting Officer, at Chad_Hepp@blm.gov. Below is a general description of the services required. This project will involve scanning up to 275,500 land status records from micro-graphic copies of legal documents mounted on aperture cards, as well as an additional 4,500 paper documents. These records are within the 3,014 Arizona townships and include townships identified as having existing renewable energy applications/authorizations or high renewable energy potential. The database this creates will enable the BLM to more efficiently evaluate leases for renewable energy or other projects more efficient, thereby saving the public and agency time in the application process. This will also improve the automation and quality assurance of BLMs current land status information.
