- Please note the following changes to this announcement: The proposed procurement is Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 237990. The estimated cost of services is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Solicitation will be posted on or about 9 February 2010. Solicit and award one contract to install dolphins and bumper guard system for the protection of the existing bulkhead. The work will consist of driving piles for mooring and installing a guardrail system for an existing bulkhead on Poplar Island. Estimated time for completion is 120 days. All questions shall be submitted via email to melissa.a.svetich2@usace.army.mil. Bids can be submitted via mail to U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, 10 S. Howard St, Rm. 7000, Baltimore, MD 21201. Additional information in accordance with the statement of work is included in the bid package pending FBO posting on or about 9 February 2010. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, but unclassified documents and require users to have valid MPIN entered in the FBO systems to access package. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. No phone or fax requests for copy of solicitation will be accepted.
