Description

The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Contract to procure a Fairbanks Morse Sewage Pump, Model Number 375716, brand name specific for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command located in Norfolk, Virginia. This procurement is for a direct replacement pump and all specifications are included in the solicitation. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 13.1, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Quotes are due by 1:00 p.m., 16 February 2010 and may be faxed to the attention of Bonnie Parker at fax number 757-443-1424 or e-mailed to bonnie.parker@navy.mil. The North American Industry Classification System code is 423830, Industrial Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at https: www.neco.navy.mil as this office no longer issues hard-copy solicitations. The Solicitation Number is N00189-10-T-0108. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither it nor its principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency.
