- CLARIFICATION for FAR Clause 252.225-7040 Contractor Personnel Authorized to Accompany U.S. Armed Forces Deployed Outside the United States. In the above referenced clause, Paragraph (e)(1)(iv), it references DoD 4500.54-G, DoD Foreign Clearance Guide, but this directive has been replaced by DoD 4500.54-E dated 28 Dec 09. Offerors are to comply with the requirements in the latest revision of the DoD Directive. Any questions regarding this specific clarification will be accepted until Friday, 5 Feb 10 at 1600 Eastern Standard Time.
