Description

**This is a modification to the Previous Notice posted on January 8, 2010, related to Solicitation Number RFP VA-101-10-RP-0040. 1. Prospective Offers must obtain copies of solicitation documents from FedBizOpps, which will be available on or about January 29, 2010. 2. A Pre-proposal conference will be held on February 11, 2010, at 9:00AM Eastern Standard Time at the Upper Makefield Township Office, 1076 Eagle Road, Newtown, Pennsylvania 18940. 3. The offerors shall submit questions to the Contracting Officer but not later than February 17, 2010 at 4:30PM Eastern Standard Time. The government will respond to all questions not later than February 22, 2010 via an amendment. 4. Proposals are due to the Contracting Officer by 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time on March 2, 2010.
