- Standard Form 1449, Schedule of Items, and Item Purchase Descriptions. General Services Administration hereby issues Solicitation SPQAKZO for FSC 8010 SOP Polyurethane Coatings. This Standing Price Quote contains 5 non-stock NSNs. Items 1 through 5 are not set-aside for small business. The period of the SPQ will be no more than 12 months beginning on or around 02/12/2010. Delivery will be 30 days ARO or sooner with FOB Origin. Quantity price breaks are included, and award will be made in the aggregate. This SPQ will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website which can be accessed through the internet at http://www.fbo.gov.
