Description

RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS PROPOSED ACTION WILL BE A TASK ORDER AGAINST AN EXISTING INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT FOR DESIGN-BUILD CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR ROOF REPLACEMENT, UPGRADES TO LIGHTING, HVAC, ADVANCED METERING, AND WATER EFFICIENCY; AND INSTALLATION OF PHOTOVOLTAIC ARRAYS TO THE FEDERAL BUILIDING/U.S. POST OFFICE LOCATED AT W 904 RIVERSIDE, SPOKANE, WA 99201-1101. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CURRENT CONTRACT HOLDERS. This is not a request for quotations. The Project Solutions and Acquisitions Branch, Northwest Arctic Region, General Services Administration (GSA), desires to obtain construction services for the subject Recovery-funded project. The resulant task order will be awarded to the contract holder of the subject IDIQ per the terms and conditions of the IDIQ contract. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code of 236220 - Building Alterations, Nonresidential, Commericial and Institutional (General Construction), FSC Z111.
