Description

RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER the following Unrestricted multiple award task order contract (MATOC): W912DY-08-D-0021, Syska & Hennessy/CEM; W912DY-08-D-0022, Linc Government Services, W912DY-08-D-0023, John J. Kirlin Special Projects, LLC and W912DY-08-D-0024, J&J Maintenance, Inc. The project is located in Ft. Riley, Kansas. The scope includes a Site Investigation Report, Type 3 Work Plan and Repair/Renewal Effort to Renovate Irwin Army Community Hospital, 2nd Floor, Building 600, Ft. Riley, Kansas. Work includes Remodeling North, South and West Wings of the 2nd Floor and installing an electrical panel in the East Wing. Work will include replacing and upgrading HVAC components, systems, and lighting. The Contractor shall install any temporary barriers, if needed, to separate construction work zones from other surrounding clinical and administrative space as appropriate.
