Description
THIS OPPORTUNITY/PROJECT IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY & REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009 FEDERALLY FUNDED PROJECT. CONTRACTORS AND/OR SUB-CONTRACTORS RECEIVING AWARDS AS A RESULT OF THIS SOW SHALL MAKE A FULL REPORTING, OF ALL PROJECT DATA FOR TRANSPARENCY OF THE WORK PERFORMED UNDER THIS OPPORTUNITY, AT THE FOLLOWING WEBSITE: WWW.FEDERALREPORTING.GOVFederal Contractors (see FAR 52.204-11). Cumulative reporting will begin with the October 10th reporting deadline. Contractors must check back with www.federalreporting.gov often for updates and monitor finalization of the interim rule published in the Federal Register at 74 FR 14639. However and in order to track the progress of this project, the contractor shall be required to submit Progress Reports on this project as specified in of the solicitation bid package. Contractor shall submit a progress report Not Later Than the 10th day of each calendar month. The initial progress report is due the 10th days of the first month after the notice to proceed is issued by the BIA Contracting Officer and a cumulative report on the 10th day of each month thereafter. Failure on the part of the Contractor to provide, t the required reports and/or special reporting information as required by FAR 52.204-11 to BIA Contracting Officer as specified shall constitute a material breach of the contract upon which BIA may immediately terminate this contract for default. The proposed work consists of the contractor(s) paying for all required work, furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, appropriate equipment, transportation, fees, permits, taxes, and supervision necessary to perform and complete the Engineering and Construction Services for the development, designing, planning and installation a fully functional Integrated Photovoltaic Roof Top System for Project Number 9YL01042 in accordance with the specification and requirementsfor the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) at the Southwest Indian Polytechinical Institute (SIPI) Albuquerque, New Mexico 87120
