RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Contractor Name Stanley INCA J/V, Contract Number W912EK-09-D-0004 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, has awarded a firm fixed price task order for a Flood Risk Management Feasibility Study, Cedar River, Linn County, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The feasibility study will examine various alternatives to manage flood risks from the Cedar River in order to arrive at preferred plan. This modification will add funds for additional engineering services and GIS analysis for Real Estate Division and Economics Section in accordance with the attached revised Scope of Work.
