- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Portland, OR The United States Government seeks to lease Office Space consisting of approximately 6,762 rentable square feet and 8 structured parking spaces for official government vehicles within the central business district of Portland, OR. The space should yield approximately 5,880 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for 15 years, 10 years firm and should be fully serviced. The projected occupancy date for this lease is September 1, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The site must be located outside the 100-year floodplain.
