THIS IS A COMBINED SOLICITATION/ SYNOPSIS--PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED NOW Project Location and Description Project maps showing work sites and work data, will be provided by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) at the post award conference, project maps are included in this solicitation. Location - The location of the worksites are shown within the Unit maps included within this solicitation. No pre bid site visit is scheduled. Directions can be obtained by calling the COR- KELVIN DAVIS 509-775-7440. Description - The Project Maps show some of the physical and topographical features of the units, as well as delineating areas within the units which require special work. The information contained in these Maps is intended to be complementary to the Specifications; however, any conflict between documents shall be resolved as determined by the order of precedence. Award: Award will be on a best value basis, factors incuded in the solicitation. **NOTES** --Additional work details are outlined in the attached solicitation. --There will not be a Pre-bid meeting offered by the Government for site inspection. Please refer to the attached unit maps in the solicitation for a general outline of the site. This acquisition is a 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS set-aside. The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 115310. The size standard is $17.5 million. Contractors are required to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation with specifications and Service Contract Act wage rates will be posted to the FedBizOps website www.fbo.gov. No hard copies of the solicitation and applicable amendments will be mailed or issued. To receive the solicitation and any applicable amendments, offerors must download them from www.fbo.gov.
