Studley c/o Carpenter/Robbins Commercial Real Estate, Inc., Agent for the General Services Administration, 3160 Crow Canyon Road, Suite 200, San Ramon, CA 94583. DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing approximately 4,478 rentable square feet of contiguous office space yielding a minimum of 3,732 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet (previously usable). GSA requires twenty (20) surface parking spaces for use by Government employees. Moderately priced eateries and other employee services must be located within one mile of the site. TENANT: Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the following delineated areas of Chandler, Arizona. Chandler: North: West Main Street East: North Gilbert Road South: Chander Boulevard West: North Rural Road Both sides of boundary streets shall be considered. LEASE TERM: The lease will be for seven (7) years, five (5) years firm. REQUIRED: Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern office space. The space shall be altered to meet the Government’s requirements, shall have a fully serviced rent structure, shall be fully accessible in accordance with ADA standards, and shall conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards). The Government prefers contiguous space. POINT OF CONTACT: Expressions of interest should be submitted to the following person and address in writing, via e-mail, or via fax, and should provide the building name, address, and the offered square footage, a site plan, and a list of moderately priced eateries and other employee services located within one mile of the site.
