Description

This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside for Interior Renovations, Bldg. #1, 2nd and 3rd floors, restrooms and plumbing, asbestos abatement and certain other items included at the West Texas VA Health Care System facility. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS Code) is 236220. Project Magnitude is between $250,00 and $500,000. The proposed period of performance for this acquisition is 180 calendar days with seven (7) deductive alternates. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about February 26, 2010 via Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit for this project. The date and time for the Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to review the FBO website frequently for updates and/or amendments to any and all documents for this solicitation. Any prospective SDVOSB contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov/, and the Vetbiz Registry at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/general_user/search/, in order to be eligible for award. The closing date and time for submission of bids will be contained in the solicitation. No paper copies will be issued. No telephone, facsimile, or written request will be accepted.
