- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-08-G-0013 with Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) Portsmouth, RI for Integrated Logistics Support Services for the AN/AQS-22 ALFS system for a based period of one year, with two one year options. As the sole manufacturer and developer of the ALFS system, IDS is the only known source with the technical data, knowledge and technical experience necessary to perform this effort within the time frame required to meet the Governments needs.
