Purchase Request number IQC09322009044, NSN 4010-01-502-1057, WIRE ROPE. The item is to be utilized on the BLACK HAWK UH 60A HELICOPTER. Solicitation SPM4A6-10-R-0482; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited UNRESTRICTED; OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 9 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 9 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 36 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 36 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 72 each for the base and option years. This requirement is I/A/W approved source –Breeze Eastern Corp. CAGE 08484, part number: BL-10653-3. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Destination. Delivery is 146 days ARO. This procurement does not contain a surge and sustainment requirement. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US.
