Description

The attachment package to accompany the SFO to meet the SFO request and requirements. Solicitation for Offers- SFO Government of the United States is seeking to lease approximately 21,000 rentable square feet. This Solicitation and requirement may be cancelled at anytime. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is interested in leasing approximately 21,000 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 18,261 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet to a maximum of 19,999 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Refer to the "Measurement of Space" paragraph in the UTILITIES, SERVICES AND LEASE ADMINISTRATION section of this Solicitation for Offers (SFO). The full details of this Sources Sought request is in the Attached Solicitation for Offers (SFO) documentation and the accompanying attachments. Please review the Attachments in its entirety and respond in accordance to the SFO request.
