- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN Anchorage, Alaska STAR #: 7AK2075 The United States Government seeks expressions of interest from owners and authorized agents of existing commercial office and related space. The Government presently occupies, and is seeking interest for approximately 1,935 rentable square feet, yielding 1,683 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office and related space. The office shall be first class office space and be located in a new or modern office building that projects a professional and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The Government will consider relocation only if a move is economically advantageous and will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving, alterations, etc. when deciding whether it should relocate. Occupancy would be required by no later than January 10, 2011. This advertisement is not a basis for negotiation or agreement. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all expressions of interest and give consideration to properties other than those offered in response to this advertisement. AMOUNT: 1,935 rentable square feet, yielding 1,683 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office and related space. LOCATION: North: West 5th Avenue East: Cordova Street South: West 10th Avenue West: E Street REQUIRED: Tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Fully serviced leases are sought. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space offered must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. Additionally, various security enhancements shall also be required. Amenities of retail shops, banks, and restaurants shall be available within 1 miles form the building. TERM: The proposed lease is for ten (10) years full, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced.
