- Procurement of "Sling, Cargo Net" in accordance with the Technical Data Package under NSN 3940-00-892-4347. This Solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The solicitation will be for a Fixed Quantity Contract under the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items IAW FAR 13.5. The required quantity is 2,500 each, with a delivery destination of New Cumberland, PA (Postal Code 17070). According to the technical data package this item shall require Government First Article Testing and Production Lot Testing. Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Products Lists, Military Handbooks, and other standardization documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DoDSSP) in Philadelphia, PA. Most documents are available in Adobe PDF format from ASSIST database via the internet at http://assist.daps.mil/. Users may search for documents using ASSIST-Quick Search and, in most cases, download, the documents directly via the Internet using standard browser software. Documents not available for downloading from ASSIST can be ordered from the DoDSSP using the ASSIST Shopping Wizard, after establishing a DoDSSP Customer Account by following the registration procedures or by calling the DoDSSP Special Assistance Desk (215)697-2179 (DSN: 442-2179) Users not having access to the Internet may contact the DoDSSP, Special Assistance Desk at (215) 697-2179) or mail requests to the DoDSSP, bldg. 4/D, 700 Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111-5094. Patterns, Drawings, Deviation Lists, Purchase Descriptions, etc., are not stocked at the DSCP. Copies of the solicitation can be found on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. From DIBBS homepage, select "Search RFP's". A search may be conducted on a number of data elements. Run search and choose the RFP you wish to view and download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF), so in order to access these documents you will need to install latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
