- NSN 7220-01-546-5207, PART NUMBER 17-1-6610-1, QTY 16 each. The item to procure is a Floor Covering. The Floor Covering is a 36 in x 60 ft material made of a low adhesion silicone for the protective liner with a backing of polyester film with particles of vulcanized rubber. The suggested source of supply for the floor covering is 3M Minnesota Mining and Mfg, Cage Code 27293. FOB will be destination. The proposed contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order contract. Item is used on the Chemical and Biological Protective Shelter (CBPS). The proposed contract will be full and open competition. Estimated issue date is 05-March-2010. TDP will be available on the Internet. Contractor has to be registered in the Joint Certification Program (Export Control) in order to access the TDP. Contractors must be certified to have EXPORT CONTROL TDP access. To be registered or to re-register please select the DD Form 2345 link;(https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/forms/DD2345Form.pdf) to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, along with a copy of the company's State/Provincial License, Incorporation Certificate, Sales Tax Identification Form or other documentation which verifies the legitimacy of the company. This solicitation shall be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
