Description

This is a Sources Sought Announcement only. The VA Palo Alto Health Care System has a need to hire an Architect firm for the design of a new 15,000 - 17,000 GSF Administration Building for the VA Palo Alto at an off-site location known as Jones Hall Army Reserve Center located in Mountain View, CA. Building will house Palo Alto Administration and Research Personnel. At this point in the procurement process the Department of Veterans Affairs is performing market research to determine if sufficient competition exists in one of the following Socio-economic categories; Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Hubzone Small Business, and Small Disadvantage Businesses (8(a)). Interested firms fitting one or more of these Socio-economic categories should send their information by E-mail to joseph.mulstay@va.gov or by fax to 775-334-4106 no later than 4:30 PM Pacific Time March 3, 2010. Information shall include type of socio-economic category and the firms' location. NOTE: Interested firms shall have a working office located within 100 miles of the VA Palo Alto facility. The NACIS code for this procurement will be 541310.
