Description
RecoveryProject Title: Klamath Hydroelectric Settlement Agreement and Klamath Basin Restoration Agreement TAS::14 0681::TASProject No. 17.000 Recovery - This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). This notice is provided for information purposes only. This project will be competed under existing Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region, multiple-award IDIQ-type contracts; contracts 06CS204097A through 06CS204097G, line item 0001 multidisciplinary holders using the fair opportunity process of FAR 16.505(b)(1). Reclamation has a need for an economic study to complete (1) an Environmental Review subject to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) of the Klamath Hydroelectric Settlement Agreement (KHSA), including the Secretary of the Interior's Secretarial Determination (Secretarial Determination) and the Klamath Basin Restoration Agreement (KBRA) and (2) complete the Keno Facility Determination Report (KFDR). The environmental review will include development of an Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report (EIS/EIR), Biological Assessment (BA), Secretarial Determination Overview Report (SDOR). Additional efforts will include providing technical assistance and support for (1) the Secretarial Determination on the removal of 4 main-stem Klamath River dams and (2) the KFDR. Please be advised that the Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act, which requires that each contractor report on its Recovery Act funds under the awardee contract. These reports will be made available to the public.
