- RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A NOTICE FOR SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. THE ACTION DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING CONTRACT, DOLJ09QA00003. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR IDENTIFIED BELOW. This opportunity was available only to Foxmar, Inc. under contract number DOLJ09QA00003. The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management on behalf of the Office of Job Corps intends to award a modification in the amount of $130,273 to the Oneonta Job Corps Center, operated by Foxmar, Inc. These funds are provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The funding is within the not-to-exceed ceiling for Equipment on this contract. It would have been impracticable to use a fixed price contract to secure services of the kind or quality required for this modification, since the modification was to an existing Cost Plus Incentive Fee contract (Cost Reimbursement Contract). The funding is intended to procure the following: Academy Garden /Greenhouse, Green Equipment Landscaping, Training Vehicle for Automotive Career Techincal Training classroom, Welding Equipment Upgrades (2 TIG/Stick Welder & 5 MIG/TIG/Stick Welder), Driver's Education Simulator. The operator of the Oneonta Job Corps Center will make these funds available through procurement opportunities, following all applicable FAR procurement regulations. This Modification has been awarded on February 19, 2010.
