THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE DEFENSE SUPPLY CENTER COLUMBUS EXISTING 8(a) IDIQ CONTRACT SL470207D0009, LYNDCO INC. - LIONEL CONSTRUCTION JOINT VENTURE, 56301 FERRY LANDING, SHADYSIDE, OH 43947. The DLA Contracting Services Office- Columbus is seeking a proposal to furnish all labor, supervision, materials and equipment requird to construct new office space for the Ohio Army National Guard in DSCC Building 11, Section 10. The North American Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the size standard is $33,500,000.00. The estiamted magnitude of Construction, in accordance with FAR 36.204, for this requirement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. It is the DLA Contracting Services Office - columbus' intent to award a firm-fixed price task order. The rder will be awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-5. Davis-Bacon Wages presently in effect for Franklin County, OH will prevail.
