Description
RECOVERY - Task Order Notification THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA). This opportunity is available only to those contracts awarded under the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) from Solicitation 2006-N-08556. The contractors are: Abt Associates, Booz-Allen Hamilton, Macro International, RTI International, and Westat Inc. Project Title: Communities Putting Prevention to Work (CPPW) - Monitoring and Evaluation of the CPPW Community and State Initiatives The purpose of this task order is to support the multiple evaluation components of the Communities Putting Prevention to Work (CPPW) Initiative in communities and states. These multiple evaluation components will include, but not be limited to: the evaluation of the funded effort in communities and states includes multiple components, employing both quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods and recipient, as well as aggregate-level analysis. Program processes, outputs, and behavioral outcomes will be examined, and case studies will be conducted to determine the context of successful and unsuccessful implementation and the factors that affect differential outcomes among subpopulations. A specific study on implementation costs will also be conducted. The work of this contract will involve, among other duties, receiving, analyzing, synthesizing, integrating, summarizing, and reporting out data from these many other sources. This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. Period of Performance: The period of performance will be thirty-six (36) months from the date of award.
