- AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROJECT The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Contracting and General Services Office in Portland, Oregon has a requirement for the Modoc National Wildlife Refuge at Alturas, CA 96101-Modoc County, to have a contractor provide Construction Inspection Services during the construction of a new Maintenance Shop and a new Bunkhouse. Basis for award will be Lowest Technically Acceptable Price Quote. A competitive RFQ, solicitation no. 443691 to include all attachments, will only be issued via GSA e-Buy within (approximate) 5 days of this pre-solicitation notice and will only be available electronically through https://www.ebuy.gsa.gov/. The solicitation response date is March 25, 2010 at 3:00 PM (PDT). No further notice will be posted on FedBizOpps. Our intent is to issue one delivery order contract award from an existing GSA Schedule under Special Item Numbers (SINs): 871 7 Construction Management. Estimated delivery (project completion) date is 150 days from start of construction, approximately April 19, 2010.
