- Description
- Sole Source Justification Solicitation VA-786A-10-RP-0024 for Design/Build to do 1200 Preplaced Crypts to be located at the Chattanooga National Cemetery. This solicitation is being Sole Sourced in accordance with PL 109-461, to Regency Constructors, Inc. Contractor has prior experience in Cemetery projects and crypt installation. There is a project to design and construct 5,000 preplaced crypts, but that project will not be completed until 2012. In the meantime, the Cemetery will be out of burial space by September 30, 2010. Therefore, this solicitation is to provide the Cemetery space for the next two years until the major project is completed. Sole Sourcing to a SDVOSB is in the best interest of the Government, since time is of the essence.
