Description
Amendment 0003 to solicitation FA8224-10-R-0014 For the purchase of two(2) universal pneumatic component test stand (self contained) with equipment, fixtures, software and accessories as described herein. The units to be tested consist of auxiliary power unit (APU) load valves, modulating valves and regulating valves. This is a total-turnkey project; the contractor shall provide all equipment, adapters, tools, supplies, labor, and management necessary for a total-turnkey operation. Any defects or non-compliance with the applicable Technical Orders (T.O.) shall be repaired and brought into T.O. compliance. The contractor shall deliver all technical data necessary to manufacture, test, maintain, reproduce, procure, and modify the test stand and all components related to the test stand. Full rights of ownership for all technical data, including software source code, shall be transferred to the United States Air Force upon final acceptance of the test stand. This specification lists minimum requirements and is not intended to restrict or limit design improvements that the Supplier has either available or under development. The contractor shall use the Air force T.O. (Technical Order) test requirements as the primary design criteria of the test stand. The Contractor must provide a current DD Form 2345 and must comply with AFI61-204 (NOTICE TO ACCOMPANY THE DISSEMINATION OF EXPORT-CONTROLLED TECHNICAL DATA) and verify the DD Form 2345 through the Joint Certification Program http://www.dlis.dla.mil/JCP/. Project manager will provide the needed CDs with the T.O. information to the Contract Negotiator on an as needed basis. A site visit is scheduled for 12 Jan 2010 at 9:00 a.m..
