Description
TAS::14 1041::TAS RECOVERY Mojave NPR PMIS#129933 Project Title: Mojave NPR - Install Gates or Otherwise Close Abandoned Mines to Protect Visitors and POreserve Resource Habitat. Project Description: The work includes the installation of barriers, closing open mine entrances to protect visitors and preserve resource habitat. This project is an American Recovery and Reinvestment (ARRA) action. Receipt of award is contingent upon the offeror meeting the requirements of Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act. This opportunity is only available under the HubZone program, per FAR Part 19, to HubZone contractors nationwide in conjunction with solicitation no. N2000101300. This opportunity is available as Sample Task Order One under solicitation no. N2000101300 and may be awarded in conjunction with the base Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award. The solicitation was issued electronically, on DOI's National Business Center (NBC) web site, at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The National Park Service (NPS), Department of the Interior (DOI), is soliciting proposals from Hubzone construction firms located in the states of California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, western Pacific islands, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma having the capability to perform the work described below. This solicitation will be issued electronically, on DOI's National Business Center (NBC) web site, at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available. Prospective offerors desiring to conduct business with DOI are requested to register at the NBC. Proposal documents will be available in Microsoft Word, HTML and Adobe PDF; specifications will be available in Adobe PDF format; and drawings will be available in PDF format. Offerors wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guarantee of notification.
