- Remove all Lead Paint and Re-paint the Exterior of the Chatham Laundry Building which includes all exterior doors (3 ea), windows (9 ea), One Bump Out in back of building (approx. 8.5'x16'x 6'), all trim, moldings, fascia, sills, casings, shutters (12 ea) and front door railings (2 ea). Re-paint per attached specifications below. The Chatham Laundry Building is approximately 1,665 sq.ft. Paint type is specified below, colors to be selected by Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Because this structure is used as an office, the successful bidder will be required to provide all measures necessary to protect the occupants from any lead exposure. Additional specifications will be provided at the time of soliciation.
