- PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS FOR INSTALLATION OF ADA AUTOMATIC DOOR OPENERS: The project work site is the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center (TRACEN), Medical Clinic Building #270, Cape May, New Jersey (Cape May county). All work shall be performed in accordance with USCG specifications, drawings, provisions, clauses and the terms and conditions of the contract. The project work includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Installation of 2 ADA Automatic door openers on existing doors; 2. Installation of 2 surface mounted button/plate switches for each door; 3. Mobilization, demobilization and clean up; 4. Supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, labor and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work. Period of Performance shall be 60 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated LESS THAN $25,000.00 and is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business Firms. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238290 with a size standard of $14.0M. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the agency. All solicitation document files will be available for download on or after 24 MARCH 2010 exclusively from the Internet by accessing the government-wide Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fbo.gov. If it does not appear on that date, please check back daily. The date set for receipt of offers is 23 April 2010 at 12:00PM EST. These dates are estimated and may change. NOTE: NO TELEPHONE, FACSIMILE, E-MAIL AND/OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS SHALL BE ACCEPTED. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
