- W91QV1-10-T-10-0014 U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) intends to award a contract to Tibco Software Inc. for S-Plus License Renewal. This is a sole award based under the statutory permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c )(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agencys Requirements to Tibco Software Inc. 3303 Hillview Avenue, Pala alto, CA 94304 This requirement is for the Headquarters Department of the Army, Alexandria, Virginia renewal of the S-Plus License.Tibco Software Inc. is the sole manufacturer for any authorized maintenance or support for S-Plus support and maintenance. The NAICS code is 511210 with a size standard of $25 million dollars. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Request for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledge. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action was based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their capabilities by responding by 10:00 AM EST. March 18, 2010. in writing to thelma.s.puckett@us.army.mil. All information submitted should support the offerors capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offerors bona fide capability to provide these items. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses may be submitted via email if the total file size is less than 2MB. All information submitted should support the offerors capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Otherwise, responses must be submitted via hard copy to: US Army MICC, Attn: Thelma Puckett 703-806-4474, 9410 Jackson Loop suite 101, Fort Belvoir, Virginia 22060.
