- Description
- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Bureau of Land Management, National Operations Center (NOC), intends to award a call/task order against the competitively awarded Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for GCDB and Land Records Services to procure services for LR2000 Records Improvement in New Mexico. The BPA being utilized is L10PA00578, and was awarded to Premier Data Services through GSA contract number GS-35F-0418K. The BPA was competed amongst GSA contract holders and Premier Data Services proved to provide the best value to the government. This opportunity is only available to the current BPA contract holder. This notice is not a solicitation for offers. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be sent to the designated BPA contract holder. This acquisition falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 518210. Below is a general description of the services required. Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, the New Mexico BLM has been tasked with ensuring accuracy of the attributes of digital land records. The geographic location of the identified renewable energy townships is primarily in areas having the potential for renewable energy in support of the current administrations energy priorities and in the transmission of that energy. There are 1266 townships associated with renewable energy. All work is limited to these 1266 townships. The vendor shall compare MTPs and HIs against title documents to ensure that land ownership status is accurately depicted and described. Documents are to be compared to MTPs, Use Plats, and LR2000 digital records to ensure data are accurately described as noted. These documents include any and all types of cases noted on the plats. Records that have not been scanned will be scanned by the vendor during this process. The vendor shall then examine all Rights-of-ways or other case file types for review of those cases within the jurisdiction of the field offices. These examinations will likely involve scanning of records that have not yet been scanned. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing by email to Chad Hepp, Contracting Officer, at Chad_Hepp@blm.gov.
