Brand Name or Equal. 1. BD-101-203-HumanWG-6 v3 Expression BeadChip Kit (2 pack) 2-pack of the HumanWG-6 v3 BeadChips which contain 48,000 probes/array targeting genes and known alternative splice variants from the RefSeq database release 22 and UniGene build 199. Each BeadChip contains 6 microarrays allowing for the parallel processing of 6 samples for greater throughput. Includes two BeadChips, hybridization and wash buffers, and wash trays. 2. BD-201-202-MouseWG-6 v2 Expression BeadChip (2 pack) 2-pack of the MouseWG-6 v2 BeadChips for the analysis of > 45,000 probes based on RefSeq release 22 and supplemented with MEEBO and RIKEN FANTOM2 content. Each BeadChip contains 6 microarrays allowing for the parallel processing of 6 samples for greater throughput. Includes two BeadChips, hybridization and wash buffers, and wash trays. 3. GT-18-131- Mouse MD Linkage (96 Samples, bag) Mouse Linkage MD is an optimized set of 1449 loci for various mapping applications including characterization of transgenic, congenic and knockout animals, and genetic mapping in advanced intercross mouse lines. 4. GT-95-201- Single-Use DNA Activation Kit (576 Samples) Kit for activating DNA for use with the Genotyping Kit II, with enough reagents for six 96-well plates of samples for a single genotyping reaction (250 ng of input DNA required). 5. GT-201-1001-GoldenGate Genotyping Universal BeadChip Assay Kit (96 samples) The assay kit contains the reagents necessary for using the universal bead chip. It makes use of the high density self-assembly of oligonucleotide-coated beads in 96 well format. 6. GT-221-1003-GoldenGate Genotyping Universal-32 Beadchip, 1536 Plex (96 Samples) An Array Matrix or BeadChips for processing 96 samples with 96-1536 assays/sample.
