- Description
- The Air Force is seeking interested sources to perform investigative analysis of selected later model and high flight time Navy C-130 aircraft prior to aircraft induction into depot maintenance. These inspections are to be conducted on site through non-invasive assessments. The detailed assessment process must provide high resolution visual display and photographic preservation of remote structural defects, including cracks, chaffs, corrosion, missing fasteners/structures, improperly installed fasteners/structures, and foreign object presence. The contractor shall be fully prepared to deploy a highly trained and experienced technical team within 24 hours notice from the Government. The notice is dependent upon non-mission essential or down-time status.
