- Please see attached Word Doc for complete description. GSA, FAS intends to establish a not to exceed one-year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for one National Stock Number (NSN) in the 8010 Federal Supply Class. This NSN is part of GSA's SOP Program. All offers for this RFQ are to be FOB Origin. In addition to the normal clauses that apply to GSA SOP orders, the following clauses apply; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items. All orders will be FOB origin. Quantities stated are estimates based on the last three years usage. Subject SPQ is not set aside for small business concerns. The Government will make award to the responsive, responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
