Description
Past Performance Questionnaire - Attachment 4 Project Data Sheet - Attachment 3 Performance Specifications - Attachment 2 Statement of Work - Attachment 1 Solicitation Solicitation Form 33 The United States Customs and Border Protection Air and Marine Office has a requirement to purchase Riverine Shallow Draft Vessels. The Office of Air and Marine (OAM) currently maintains a fleet of specialized, riverine vessels that are operated by the Border Patrol Agent – Marine (BPA-M). These vessels are powered by outboard engines and operate in shallow rivers and lakes primarily along the northern and southern borders of the United States. The current fleet of riverine vessels is approaching the end of its service life. To maintain operational viability, OAM intends to procure up to 80 Riverine Shallow Draft Vessels (RSDV); initial base year plan is to purchase 29 RSDVs. All RSDVs will be powered by one gasoline powered “hybrid designed” water-jet engine. The RSDV will be required to operate in shallow rivers and lake areas of the United States. The RSDV will be required to operate in 4 inches of water and be capable of safely transiting areas containing rocks, gravel, trees/logs, sandbars, and vegetation while providing the Border Patrol Agents-Marine (BPA-M) with a safe working platform to perform their duties and missions. This requirement is a total Small Business Set-Aside
