Description

Amendment 4: Allowing "brand name or equal" for window tinting and blinds. This is an announcement directing interested parties to the Department of Interior's Business Opportunities Web Page at http://ideasec.nbc.gov where details of a US Geological Survey Request For Quotation (RFQ) 10HQQQ0057 Amendment 4 may be viewed. RFQ 10HQQQ0057 is hereby amendment to allow vendors to bid "Brand Name or Equal" for the 3M Prestige Series Ultra PR S70 (window tinting) and the Prestige blinds. USGS will accept alternate brands to the 3M Prestige Series Ultra PR S70 originally requested. However, the equal product must possess the exact functionality and features as the 3M Prestige Series Ultra PR S70 product without deviations; particularly in the metal content and amount of heat absorbency. This requirement must comply with Presidential Executive Order #13514. USGS will accept alternate brands to the specified Prestige blinds. The equal product must possess the exact functionality and features as the Prestige blinds without deviations. Please see blind specifications in the Statement of Work. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
