- RECOVERY: Rationale for a contract action that is not both, fixed price and competitively awarded, as required by FAR Subpart 5.7 - Publicizing requirements under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. USDOJ/Office of Justice Programs plans to award a modification to OJP 2008F_08142 for increased services originally incorporated via Modification 001 dated April 27, 2009. This delivery order was competitively awarded in September 2008 under the auspices of GSA FSS 70- Information Technology Services. OJP's Office of Audit, Assessment and Management (OAAM) anticipates an overall increase in the GMS user volume as a direct result of ARRA. The current contractor, MasterKey Consulting, will continue to provide Tier 2 Grant Management Systems (GMS) support for all of OJP which includes, but not limited to, assistance for GMS users as escalated from the OJP Helpdesk, answering interal GMS questions and managing the Document Change Request (DCR) process. This modification is within the scope of the delivery order. Funding in the amount of $128,366.65 will be incorporated to support these requirements through September 30, 2010.
