- SOURCES SOUGHT: The National Park Service, Arizona Major Acquisition Buying Office, is researching sources of Roto-Jet pumps, parts and related items for use in the supply, treatment and transmission of water at Grand Canyon National Park. The information sought herein is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a request for quote (RFQ), request for proposal (RFP), an invitation for bid (IFB) or as an obligation or commitment on the part of the Government to acquire any product or service. There shall be no basis for claims against the government as a result of information submitted in response to this sources sought announcement. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this announcement or otherwise pay for any information submitted by respondents to this request. This notice is for market research purposes only and is not indicative of a full requirement. Should a full requirement arise, the full requirement will be detailed in the solicitation, if issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333911. The principle goal of this sources sought notice is to identify potential vendors to supply the following: 1) Roto-Jet pump, Model 220 3X2-S484; 2) Seal kit, 0665290, for pump in 1); 3) Bearing kit, 0665807-01MP, for pump in 1); 4) Pick-up tube, 0664949-1, for pump in 1). It is unknown at this time what contractual vehicle (e.g., purchase order, delivery order or blanket purchase agreement) may be used to procure these items; it is unknown at this time what the minimum and maximum number of each item could be required; and it is unknown at this time what additional Roto-Jet pumps and parts may be needed.
