Description
NSN: 6680-00-732-0561, Shaft Assembly, Flex. This NSN has a Qualified Product List (QPL). The approved QPL sources are Clark Brothers Instrument Company, CAGE 65496; Gilmore-Global Instrument Company, CAGE 1NF90; and S.S White Technologies, CAGE 0KZS2. The Manufacturer Designation/part number is M10215-1F105. Vendors must be listed on the QPL as approved manufacturers before an award can be made to them. Vendors not on the QPL can be awarded the contract provided they are providing the product of the approved manufacturer listed on the QPL or they can demonstrate that their product meets the standards before award. Vendors should refer to clause provision 52.209-1 (I09A01) of the solicitation for QPL instructions. The FOB is Destination and Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. Quantity Variance is zero. DSCR does not have an approved bidset or Technical Data Package available for this NSN. The Quality Assurance Provision (QAP) will be contained in clause provision 52.246-2 of the solicitation. The required delivery is 60 days ARO. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quality Contract with a one year base period and four (4) one year option periods. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand Quantity of 960 parts for the one year base period and four (4) one year option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, Automated Best Value System Score, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 8 April 2010. Effective June 1, 1998, vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration. Annual updates to your registration will be required.
