Mar 2010 (FedBizOpps) Notice Type: Special Notice Date Posted: 24 March 2010 SUBJECT: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center, Ft. McPherson, Georgia Annual Small Business Conference 18-19 May 2010, Fort McPherson, Georgia. Agency: Department of the Army, Mission Installation Contracting Command Center, Ft. McPherson, GA. NOTICE TEXT: This announcement is open to all businesses seeking opportunities with the above listed agencies. MICC Center is hosting a FREE Procurement Networking/Matchmaking Small Business Conference, May 18-19, 2010, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm eastern standard time at the Commons, Fort McPherson, Atlanta, GA. 30330. This outreach event will provide a venue for MICC-C McPherson to discuss its mission, goals and contracting opportunities with the Small and Large Business Community. Those companies interested in participating in this outreach must have the capability to provide, but not limited to Facilities Support Services, Field and Installation Readiness Support, Flight Training, Computer and Peripheral Equipment and software, Full Food Service, Logistics Support, management and Consulting Services, Office Products/Copier Services, Recurring construction, job order contracts/task order contractsroofing, painting, road maintenance, etc..., Security Guards, and more&&. MICCs goal for hosting this forum is to communicate the requirements within the Southeast and increase resources and opportunities by sharing information. Participation Requirements: Interested firms desiring to participate in the outreach event may register beginning 1 Apr 2010 by clicking on the following installation link: www.forscom.army.mil/aacc. Registration is required for attendance. Registrattation/attendance is limited to a maximum of two (2) representatives per company.. A complete finalized agenda will be posted at a later date.
