Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN EL PASO, TX STAR #: 8TX2819 The United States Government seeks to lease office/warehouse space. The space offered must consist of a minimum 18,000 - 21,000 rentable square feet in the El Paso, TX. The space should consist of approximately 15,000 - 18,000 square feet of warehouse space and 3,000 square feet of office space. The Government will require eighteen (18) surface parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: East of Fort Bliss; situated between Airport Road, Leigh Fisher and Founders Road (i.e. Butterfield Trail Industrial Park) The building requires 2 truck docks and a drive in bay door large enough to drive some fairly large equipment inside. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 30, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
