Description
End Items Include: F-15 Eagle Aircraft and T-38 Aircraft. NAICS is 325992 – Photographic Film, paper, plate and chemical manufacuring. There will be four NSNs 6635-01-257-3124 {part number 846-0636}; 6635-01-72-9177 {part number 5238134}; 6635-00-466-0306 {part number 505-7740} and 6635-01-257-3122 {part number 804 0552}. There is a possibility that four other radiographic film NSNs {6635-01-412-9348, 6635-01-472-9229, 6635-01-472-9300 and 6635-01-508-6842} may be added in the future. Approved source of supply: Carestream Health, CAGE 4QX22. Inspection/Acceptance = Destination. FOB = Destination. NSNs are critical application items. NSNs are commercial. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for these NSNs. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 1-year base and 4 option years. Requirement is solicited as unrestricted, other than full and open competition. These quantities will be the same for the base and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Soliciation issue date is on or about April 16, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is April 16, 2010.
