Description

DESCRIPTION: PR# 0024423080, 5961-01-206-9198. Approved source(s): LUCAS AEROSPACE POWER EQUIPMENT (31435); P/N 31169-505; GOODRICH CORPORATION (3CPE0); P/N 31169-505; Semiconductor device set. The requirement is for 18 each to be delivered to W1BG DEF DIST DEPOT SAN JOAQUN, TRACY, CA 95304-5000 within 180 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/Rfp on its issue date of April 9th, 2010. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Various increments solicited: from 50 each to 99 each; from 100 each to 249 each; from 250 each to 499. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation including traceability documentation and QSLD.
