- Architectural/Engineering Services Process Support Building Provide statement of qualification and performance data for your company as it pertains to the provision of Architectural/Engineering services for the conceptual design of a new two-story office building located inside the Tritium Facilities Limited Area, located in H-Area of the Savannah River Site (SRS). The new building shall be designated as the "Process Support Building". The Process Support Building shall be a permanent two-story structure of approximately 10,000 square feet total area, inside the Tritium Facilities Limited Area. Each floor shall be approximately 5,000 square feet. The Process Support Building shall be constructed on a vacant site located immediately west of existing H-Area Building 234-7H. The Process Support Building shall consist of industry-standard components, systems, construction techniques, and building materials. The conceptual design of the Process Support Building shall assume a construction cost not to exceed $3.00 million (unburdened). The final deliverable will be a Conceptual Design Study which evaluates three external options and three internal options, concluding with recommended options for the Process Support Building.
